Podlesie, Gliwice, Poland

Project Description

A photorealistic 3D Gaussian Splatting model capturing a spacious three-room apartment in raw developer standard, located in the Podlesie area of Gliwice. The visualization accurately represents the interior layout, exact architectural proportions, structural details, and the open balcony overlooking surrounding greenery prior to interior finishing. The spatial dataset was captured using the handheld XGRIDS PortalCam system and processed through LCC Studio for real-time interactive walkthroughs.
