Project Description

This project presents prefabricated villas as systems that can be understood before they are built. The structure opens and separates into its components, revealing the logic of assembly, connection, and order. Elements move apart and return, allowing construction to be read as a sequence rather than a mystery. Light and time remain adjustable—day shifts to night, atmosphere changes, and interior conditions respond accordingly. What is typically hidden becomes visible, enabling the villa to explain itself through space, structure, and context before taking physical form.
